Pupo's Banana Bread Recipe

On our recipes, you will not find overtly long posts detailing the life history of the author, the origins of banana bread, or other unrelated information about the recipe. We jump right in and drop the recipe as we know your time is as valuable, if not more so, than ours.

(Pupo is the bastardization of pawpaw by a 2-year-old mind, lol)

  • In the past, I have added multiple types of additional ingredients to taste (depending on the child/grandchild eating it 😀 )Some of these components are as follows:
    • Cranberries
    • Blueberries
    • Walnuts
    • Chocolate chips
    • Lemon zest
    • Toasted oats
    • Caramel
    • Course sugar topping
  • It has been suggested that I add cream cheese, honey, and other ingredients, but I have not tried those yet. Please don’t hesitate to experiment and let me know how it goes!!!
